SENATE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION NO. 34

Suspending Joint Rule No. 5 as to the time limit on consideration
of Senate Joint Resolution No. 8, Proposing an amendment to
the Constitution designated Nongame Wildlife and Natural
Heritage Revenue Amendment.
Resolved by the Legislature of West Virginia, two thirds of
the members present agreeing thereto:
That the time limit established by Joint Rule 5 is hereby
suspended for the consideration of Senate Joint Resolution No. 8 in
accordance with the provisions of Joint Rule No. 5.
